Address Changes
All address changes must be received in writing. When sending to the Local office, please include your name, new address, new phone number and signature along with a copy of your driver's license and membership card.
Work List Registration
Registration for the Out of Work List is held at the office on Mondays from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
